It was created in Paint Shop Pro 8, but can be realised in other versions.
However, some tool descriptions and locations may vary, but the overall result
should be the same.
You will also need Animation Shop.

Extract to a file on your computer then open tube, mask and wordart in PSP and minimise
Extract scrap kit to your desk top or where you can find it easily
Drag this arrow with you to mark your place in the tutorial
Drag and Drop Script from Dynamic Drive

STEP 1
Open a new canvas 700 x 700 pixels white
Layers >> Promote Background Layer
Open frame Coffee3frameSM from scrap kit.
Edit >> Copy
Minimise frame
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
With Move Tool position so top left hand corner of the frame is at x=110 y=170
Select Magic Wand
and click inside the frame
Selections >> Modify >> Expand by 4 pixels
Do not de-select
STEP 2
Open paper Coffee 4sm from scrap kit.
Edit >> Copy
Minimise paper
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Selections >> Invert
Hit the delete key
Selections >> Select None
Layers >> Arrange >> Move Down
STEP 3
In the Layer Palette highlight Raster 2 (Frame)
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Repeat Drop Shadow changing Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to minus 2 (-2)
STEP 4
Open paper Coffee 1sm from scrap kit
Edit >> Copy
Minimise paper
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
STEP 5
Layers >> New Mask Layer >> From Image
Select Becky Mask022 from dropdown list
Layers >> Merge >> Merge Group
Effects >> Texture Effects >> Mosaic - Antique
In the Layer Palette move this layer below Raster 3
Highlight Raster 2
STEP 6
Maximise tube WS1-AR_AnimeBeauty221208.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 75%
Resize all layers unchecked
Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
Move into position as below
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
STEP 7
Open CoffeePoppySM from scrap kit
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 85%
Resize all layers unchecked
Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
With the Move Tool position as below
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Same settings as in STEP 3
STEP 8
CoffeePoppySM should still be on the clipboard
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 45%
Resize all layers unchecked
Adjust >> Sharpness >> Sharpen
With the Move Tool position as below
Zoom in on the hand and with the Eraser Tool - Round shape - Size 2
and remove parts of the stalk covering the thumb
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Same settings as in STEP 3
STEP 9
Maximise CoffeeRedBradSM from scrap kit
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Same settings as in STEP 3
With the Move Tool place as in finished tag
STEP 10
Maximise CoffeeBrownBradSM from scrap kit
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Same settings as in STEP 3
With the Move Tool place as in finished tag

Repeat STEP 9
STEP 12
Maximise tube yp_wordart_thought.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Move into position (see finished tag for placment)
STEP 13
Maximise tube yp_wordart_smile.psp
In the Layer Palette make sure the SMILE layer is highlighted
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Move into position (see finished tag for placement)
STEP 14
Layer >> New Raster Layer
Add your name and/or watermark
If you do not wish to animate your tag go to STEP 15
To animate your tag omit STEP 15 and go to STEP 16

Layers >> Merge >> Merge All Flatten
Resize if desired
Save as a jpg and your done
STEP 16
In the Layer Palette hide Group 1
Highlight Raster 1
Layers >> Merge >> Merge Visible
This is what you should have now
Edit >> Copy Merged
STEP 17
File >> Jasc Software >> Launch Animation Shop
Edit >> Paste >> As new animation
Back to PSP
STEP 18
Still in the Layer Palette, click on the plus sign
Unhide Group 1 and highlight
Hide layers M, I, L and E
Edit >> Copy Merged
Over to Animation Shop
Edit >> Paste >> After Current Frame
Back to PSP
STEP 19
Unhide layer M
Edit >> Copy Merged
Over to Animation Shop
Edit >> Paste >> After Current Frame
Back to PSP

Unhide Layer I
Edit >> Copy Merged
Over to Animation Shop
Edit >> Paste >> After Current Frame
Back to PSP

Unhide Layer L
Edit >> Copy Merged
Over to Animation Shop
Edit >> Paste >> After Current Frame

Unhide Layer E

Staying in Animation shop
Let's take our animation for a test run
View >> Animation
It's running too fast so we'll slow the animation down
Edit >> Select All
Animation >> Frame Properties
Change the Display time to 70
Animation >> Animation Properties
STEP 24
Resize animation if desired
Save as a gif
