It was created in Paint Shop Pro 8, but can be realised in other versions.
However, some tool descriptions and locations may vary, but the overall result
should be the same.

You will need the following to complete this tutorial:
Tubes

Extract to a file on your computer
Open all tubes in your PSP workspace and minimise
Plugins
Pentacom >> Dot and Cross
Available here
PSP Designers Studio
Extract to your PSP Plugins folder

STEP 1
Open a new canvas 800 x 600 pixels white background
Layers >> Promote Background Layer
STEP 2
In the Materials Palette
load Foreground with Green #ACAD73 and Background with Pale Yellow #F6F2D9
Make a Foreground-Background gradient
Style = Linear
Flood fill layer with gradient.
STEP 3
Maximise tube anna.br-cavalos_22-07-10.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 75%
All layers unchecked
Image >> Mirror
With the Move Tool position on the right
STEP 4
Layers >> Duplicate
With the Move Tool position on the left
This is what you should have now
STEP 5
The tube anna.br-cavalos_22-07-10.psp should still be on the clipboard
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Move down and to the left
This is what you should have now
STEP 6
Maximise tube anna.br-cheval_by_Kwiatkowski-03-01-10.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 85%
All layers unchecked
Move down and to the right
In the layer palette change the blend mode to Luminance (Legacy)
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
This is what you should have now
STEP 7
In the layers palette close Raster 4
Highlight Raster 1
Edit >> Copy Merged
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
Image >> Resize 85%
Resize All Layers unchecked
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Drop Shadow
Repeat Drop Shadow changing the Vertical and Horizontal Offsets to minus 2 (-2)
This is what you should have now
STEP 8
With Raster 5 still highlighted in the layers palette,
select the border with the Magic Wand
Highlight Raster 1
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Inner Bevel
Selections >> Select None
STEP 9
In the layer palette open Raster 4
Layers >> Merge >> Merge All (Flatten)
STEP 10
Image >> Add Borders
STEP 11
Image >> Add Borders
STEP 12
Image >> Add Borders
STEP 13
With the Magic Wand (same settings as in STEP 8) select the yellow border
STEP 14
In the Materials palette change the gradient to the following
Flood fill the selected border with the gradient
STEP 15
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Pentacom >> Dot and Cross
Selections >> Select None
STEP 16
Add black border as in STEP 11
STEP 17
Add green border as in STEP 10
STEP 18
With the Magic Wand (same settings as in STEP 8) select the green border
Effects >> 3D Effects >> Inner Bevel
Selections >> Select None
STEP 19
Add black border as in STEP 11
STEP 20
Maximise tube yp_wordart_runningfree.psp
Edit >> Copy
Minimise tube
Edit >> Paste >> Paste as New Layer
With the Move Tool position bottom left-hand corner (see finished image for placement)
STEP 21
Add your watermark or any other text.
Layers >> Merge >> Merge All (flatten)
Resize if desired and save as a jpg.
